I had twin/double room that also was complete with house keeping has to clean and a king bed, for example. The location close to expressway was convenient, most places in Hancock where within reach.

Just a reliable pick for a relaxing holiday in Hancock with best value. The staff quickly resolved a problem with the room, much appreciated. Make sure to grab breakfast early as options are limited.

Good bed and hot shower

You have internet. You provide a table and chair that serve as a desk. You do not provide a power outlet convienent to the table for hooking up the lap top.

The rooms are clean enough, particularly for an older hotel, and they have made some noticeable upgrades, like the new carpet that enhances the ambiance.

The heating system didn't work properly, leading to discomfort during the night. The television had a fuzzy picture, and basic amenities like a coffee maker, refrigerator, and tissues were missing from the room. Some areas, particularly the parking lot, also showed neglect, with cigarette butts left scattered around.

The booked room was spotless and modern with a king bed. A wide array of food for breakfast, everything was good.

I arrive late at night and the staff member was very friendly and helpful.

I loved the spacious Double Room with Two Double Beds, Non-Smoking! The vintage décor gave a charming feel, and the beds provided amazing comfort for a restful night's sleep. Each room was immaculate, and the breakfast included well-stocked pastries and coffee.

The location consisted of a nice balance of accessibility to attractions and quietness, perfect for a short getaway. The staff at the front desk demonstrated friendliness and offered helpful advice about local places to explore. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness in my room, particularly since it was on the first floor near the breakfast area. I found the breakfast options limited. Not having hot water accessible for the oatmeal was inconvenient. The furniture showed signs of wear and tear . Some areas could definitely use a refresh, particularly the exterior, but it didn't stop me from enjoying my stay. I encountered a slight issue with noise from the breakfast area, right next to my room, but it didn't ruin my experience.
